You'd think that would be a quick 2 word answers, but let's break it down... 1 hour to plan, photograph, choose, draw up... 3-4 hours to paint all 80 square inches... 2 hours to stare at and study and measure all the things that were almost but not quite right about the face... 3 days to stew and whine over getting back to re-work all the 157(seemed like) things that weren't right... 1 hour to tweak and fix that last 2 square inches of face.
Nice work - how long does it take you to complete a painting like this?
