Art Soul Gathering 2025

I participated in an on-line event called Art Soul Gathering. I didn't purchase the longer course, but I very much enjoyed doing a few of the free sample lessons offered last week. Each teacher had a different style and different skills and techniques to teach.   It's always good practice for me to draw and paint a face even if the styles and materials are very different.... and even if I don't get it quite right... still good practice.
Using just 2 colors
Using the side of a junk-mail credit card
Covering collaged papers
Embellishing with embroidery...
only I cheated and just drew the lines.
Using only four colors + some pink at the end
and torn collage paper.

    1. You just never know what I'll paint next! At least I'm not in a rut of doing the same thing again and again.

  2. Collage is always fun! Makes me want to get my Modge-Podge out of the closet. :D

  3. These are amazing, especially when I read about the limited colours and/or tools or even bizarre, but wonderful, tools you used (the edge of a junk mail credit card - brain explode emoji needed). The first one I especially like but oh that dolphin is so good too!

  4. I really enjoyed reading this! A canvas painting is such a simple yet powerful way to transform a wall. Recently, I explored Vibecrafts’ collection and loved their variety; from abstract to spiritual themes. Their designs are stylish, durable, and perfect for modern homes.
