Every Sunday night a couple of new art lessons pop into my inbox.
I've been learning and experimenting and working with mixed media for three years now. I've done close to 350 pieces. I'm better at using the different mediums now, and I'm so much more confident in starting each project. But, I still feel like I'm at the beginning of this learning journey.
Anyway...
Here's to another month of learning from the teachers of Willowing Arts.
Always fun to see where your lessons take you. Is there a medium you've discovered that surprised you?
ReplyDeleteThis is a good question. I'm surprised that I like using acrylics. I'm surprised that I can draw a face without much stress now. I'm surprised that I really do like having an art journal and doing work in it. I'm surprised at how nice it is to use pastels. I'm surprised that I never knew about Posca pens. I love Posca pens.
