This is such a good idea, makes me wish I had documented each "pick". Everything looks beautiful! Do you eat a lot of veggie dinners? What do you do with the okra?
We do eat them! I think we've each had a cucumber at every meal for the whole summer! The tomatoes are my favorite. I freeze what we don't use (or give away) so we can enjoy the bounty all autumn, winter, and spring. The okra? Well, I freeze it in 3 different ways: bigger chunks for gumbo, slices for putting in stir-fry vegetable dishes with all the others that Ron loves, and breaded so it's ready to fry.
