We are proud of our work and this now beautiful little house.

It's finished and listed on Zillow for rent.

We hope that whoever moves in will love it too.

Yes, we finished our fixer upper.

Yes, it took 205 days and 800+ hours of work

Yes, we had a good time with it, worked hard, and learned so much.

The path is well worn from our front door, across the yard, through the strip of woods, and up to our project. We are ready for a rest and for someone to move into it.
