Everything looks so lush and pretty! What do you do with your peppers, besides eat them fresh? My Sungold tomato plant has gone rogue and is trying to take over the yard. Husband can't weedeat or mow under it, so it's a mess. I can't even get into the plant to pick tomatoes it's so thick!
Peppers... Well, I cut them in strips or chunks and freeze them. They go in omelets or soups or stir fry or nachos... We've never had so many, so I wonder if we'll even get through them all this winter! A big healthy "rogue" tomato plant... Ha ha! There are surely worse problems! :)
Colors are still looking pretty! What an abundant year!
